PB Coconut Oat Energy Balls

Hi everyone!
I wanted to share this super easy recipe with you since I have been making it at least once a week! PB coconut oat energy balls are the perfect midday snack to boost your energy. They included ingredients you probably already have which makes them so easy and quick to make + they are so delicious!! They are the best snack to cure the sweet tooth cravings as well :) Here is a list of ingredients and simple steps on how to prepare them!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup all natural peanut butter
1 TBS honey
1 TBS dark chocolate chips
pinch of cinnamon
1 TBS chia seeds
coconut shaving to coat
Prepare:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix till combined.
2. Chill in fridge for about 30 minutes.
3. Scoop about a tablespoon to evenly divide mixture, use your hands to form into a ball.
4. Roll each ball in the coconut shavings.
5. Enjoy! Save the rest in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week
